"Great people and service. Called Friday morning needing a driver's side window replaced. They said they could get the glass in by noon and start on my truck at 2:00. They offered to pick my truck up and deliver it back to me. I took my truck to them, and by 1:30 they called letting my know my truck was finished. They said it would a couple of hours before they could bring it to me. At 3:30 the called and said the driver was outside with my truck. If I have any glass work done in the Hot Springs area, I am calling Star first."

"I have a 2015 F150. They have replaced one windshield (rock chip to crack). Repaired the huge chip in the new windshield and I have to go there tomorrow to get another new windshield. (Rock chip to crack.) They are fast, friendly and reasonablely priced. (They must be doing something right, I keep going back!)"
